Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

What is personal data?

Personal data is any information that relates to a natural person. It is essential that it is already personal data as soon as this natural person can be identified on the basis of the data (e.g. by assigning a user ID). Personal data includes, for example, your name, address, telephone number or date of birth. Statistical information that cannot be directly or indirectly linked to you (such as the popularity of individual web pages of our offer or the number of users of a page) is not personal data.

Who is the responsible party for collecting and processing your personal data?

Copenhagen Business School, ESMT Berlin, LBG OIS Center, and Warwick Business School collects and processes your data as the responsible body for the OIS Research Conference. If you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us:

For the purpose of processing inquiries and in case of follow-up questions, the personal data collected for this purpose will be processed for the fulfillment of (pre-)contractual obligations or on the basis of legitimate interests. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
